Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Dark Throne (https://darkthrone.fun), a free-to-play online strategy game operated by GMD Studio, Haryana ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to play. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and approve any purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.
• One person may hold one account. Each account may create up to two characters per kingdom.
• You may not sell, trade or transfer accounts, characters or in-game items for real money.

2. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, use bots, scripts or automation, exploit bugs, harass other players, impersonate staff, or post illegal, hateful or sexual content. We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove items or progress gained unfairly.

3. Virtual items and diamonds

Diamonds and other in-game items are a limited, personal licence to use digital content inside Dark Throne. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed. Purchases are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy (https://darkthrone.fun/refund-policy).

5. Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we may change, pause or end features, events or the game itself. We may update these terms; continued play after an update means you accept it.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction.
