This Privacy Policy explains how GMD Studio ("we") collects and uses information when you play Dark Throne (https://darkthrone.fun).

Information we collect

• Account details: player name, e-mail address and a securely hashed password.
• Game data: your cities, troops, progress, chat and mail messages, and purchase history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and sign-in times, used for security and to prevent cheating and fraud.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay and Payoneer (cards) and NOWPayments (crypto). Card details are entered on their secure pages; we receive only the payment status, amount and a payment reference, never your card number, expiry date or security code.
• Push notifications: if you turn them on, your browser gives us an anonymous delivery address for your device.

How we use it

To run the game and your account, deliver purchases, provide support, keep the game fair and secure, send notifications you asked for, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

Sharing

Only with service providers who help us run the game (hosting, Razorpay for payments, e-mail delivery), and when required by law.

Chat translation: when a player translates a chat message (or has auto-translate on), the text of that message is translated either by our own translation server (LibreTranslate, run by us, so the text does not leave our systems) or by MyMemory (mymemory.translated.net, operated by Translated srl, Italy), depending on the game's settings. Your name and account details are not sent. Translations are stored on our server so each message is translated only once.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping data

We keep your data while your account is active. Chat and security logs are kept for a limited time. Payment records are kept as required by tax law.

Your choices

You can change your e-mail and password in Settings → Account, turn notifications off in Settings → Notifications, and ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@darkthrone.fun.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
