Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of diamonds and packs in Dark Throne, sold by GMD Studio.

Digital goods

Everything we sell is digital content, delivered to your game account immediately after the payment is confirmed. Because it is delivered and can be used instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as described below.

When we refund

• You were charged but the items were not delivered within 24 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• A technical error on our side charged the wrong amount.
• Where required by applicable law.

How to ask

E-mail contact@darkthrone.fun within 7 days of the purchase with your player name, the order number (shown in Treasury → Orders) and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 3 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Items from a refunded purchase are removed from the account.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled any time before payment simply by closing the payment window; unpaid orders expire automatically and nothing is charged.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback for a delivered purchase, we may suspend the account while it is reviewed.
